Welcome to AegisLead™. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by AegisLead™.

1. Description of Service
We provide an artificial intelligence-based platform (“the Service”) that allows users to input text, data, or other materials (“Inputs”) to generate text, analysis, code, or other media (“Outputs”). The Service is subject to continuous modification, updates, and improvements.
2. User Accounts
• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AegisLead™ to:
1. Generate, promote, or distribute illegal content.
2. Generate hateful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory content.
3. Attempt to bypass or exploit safety filters, rate limits, or security measures of AegisLead™.
4. Generate malware, deceptive content (including deepfakes used for fraud), or engage in phishing.
5. Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
6. Use the Service for high-risk activities where AI failure could lead to physical injury, death, or severe environmental damage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
• Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the Inputs you provide to the Service. By submitting Inputs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process those Inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Your Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Outputs generated by the Service based on your Inputs. You may use the Outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
• AI Similarities: Due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be unique across all users. The Service may generate the same or similar output for another user. You cannot claim exclusive ownership over automatically generated Outputs that are identical to those generated for others.
• Our Platform: We own all rights, title, and interest in AegisLead™, the underlying technology, software, branding, and interfaces.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
• Fees: If you use a paid tier of the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our pricing page.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Specific)
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, the Service may sometimes produce Outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review.
We do not guarantee that:
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The Outputs will be completely accurate, reliable, or copyrightable in your jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Leads or Sales: AegisLead™ is a tool designed to assist your business processes; however, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific business outcomes, including but not limited to lead generation, increased sales, conversion rates, or financial profit. Any success, revenue, or sales resulting from the use of our Service is entirely contingent upon your company’s own market offering, sales abilities, closing processes, and business strategies. We are not responsible for your failure to convert leads, close sales, or achieve desired financial milestones, regardless of your use of our Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from or generated by the Service (including reliance on inaccurate Outputs).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective indicates your acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
